Social inclusion – promoting participation in social life

In Switzerland, poverty, discrimination, lack of educational and employment opportunities, and health restrictions still prevent many people from participating on an equal footing. These barriers not only affect individual lives—they also weaken social cohesion and confidence in shared opportunities for the future.

The Linsi Foundation is committed to a Switzerland in which disadvantaged people are given real opportunities to contribute their skills, take on responsibility, and develop self-determined prospects. We support organizations that break down barriers and empower people to find and shape their place in society. Our goal is a community based on solidarity, where diversity is respected and participation is a matter of course.

A just society arises where all people have the opportunity to participate in social, economic, and cultural life.

Our fields of action

Equal access to education and educational support

We support projects that facilitate access to education for disadvantaged people, stabilize learning pathways, and strengthen self-efficacy.

Sustainable labor market inclusion

We promote approaches that support people in entering or re-entering the labor market and create inclusive working environments.

Enabling social participation

We support initiatives that facilitate encounters, exchange, community, and active participation—especially in places where isolation or exclusion are a threat.

Our Commitment

Around 40 disabled people make the Brunegg Foundation their home, living in various forms of accommodation, depending on their needs.
