We promote development with international cooperation to sustainably combat local injustice. With our partners, we focus mainly on India and East Africa (Madagascar, Mozambique and Uganda).

Commitment in Switzerland
With our commitment in Switzerland, we strengthen people and communities in their ecological, social and economic participation. We support organizations and initiatives that develop effective and community-oriented solutions - where participation is difficult or social quality of life is at risk.
Focus topics
In our focus topics, we pursue an outcome-oriented and systemic perspective. We promote projects that sustainably improve conditions and opportunities for participation.
Eligibility criteria
Impact in at least one of our focus topics
Sustainability issues are taken into account
Standard project duration of 3-5 years
Minimum funding amount: an average of CHF 50,000 per year over the duration of the project
The Linsi Foundation is not accepting any further project applications in the “Environmental and climate protection” focus topic for 2026.
Sponsoring topics
In our sponsorship themes, we support smaller, everyday initiatives that make community, stability or cultural participation directly tangible.
Eligibility criteria
Impact in at least one of our sponsoring topics
Geographic focus on Lake Zurich region or the minicipality of Lumnezia
Sustainability issues are taken into account
Funding on a one-year/annual basis
Minimum funding amount: CHF 2,000; maximum funding amount: CHF 10,000
Exclusion criteria
Projects that have no relation to our focus topics or regions
Religious thematic areas
Projects on political basis, political parties and political propaganda
We do not support individuals
