Social justice - enabling participation
Persistent global inequalities are one of the biggest obstacles to sustainable development and poverty reduction.

Gender-based violence, income inequalities and limited access to legal support exacerbate these disadvantages, especially in rural and patriarchal contexts.
Our funding activities empowers particularly vulnerable people to exercise their rights, voice their concerns and demand social services. We support projects that enable disadvantaged groups to actively participate in social and political processes. Promoting gender equality is a key concern, as sustainable poverty reduction is not possible without gender equality.
